Wave 2
Your freediving transformation begins
It’s amazing what the body is capable of. With the right training and techniques, how far will you go?
Advance your skills
Streamline your skills and allow effortless movement in the water. Economy of movement makes a great freediver. You will learn to use your body to get maximum propulsion in the water with minimal effort.
Increase your depth and breath hold time
As you learn to dive deeper and stay longer underwater more of the ocean becomes available to you. Now you can access that deeper wreck, that deeper reef or stay longer to communicate with aquatic life.
Personalised coaching
Our instructors have significant experience coaching freedivers, even up to competitive and national record levels. In We will work with you on a personalised level so when the course finishes you will leave with a clear plan for your training and how you can continue to improve
