Wave 1
Your freediving journey begins
You’re about to begin your journey into freediving, you’re about to see what goes on beneath the surface. What we can promise you is that after this course the ocean will never look the same.
Fall in love with freediving
We specialise in courses that make you fall in love with freediving. Freediving is special. It allows us to connect with our bodies and the aquatic world in an intimate way. But if you’re introduced to holding your breath underwater wrong then there’s no way you’ll be able to experience that magic.
A course tailored for you
This is not a cookie cutter course. Everyone dives for their own reasons. We want to know what excites you about freediving and why you’re taking the course. That way we can tailor the course for you.
Safety always
Freediving isn’t dangerous but freedivers can be. Freediving is the safest extreme activity in the world with an incident rate dramatically smaller than scuba diving. You just have to dive safely. That’s what we’re here to show you!
